The villa project in Montenegro is located on the shore of the Bay of Kotor. The building is located on a steep bank, and the technical rooms, where daylight is not required, are located inside the slope. The large windows of the living quarters are directed towards the shore. The building has three floors: on the ground floor there are three bedrooms, a hall and 2 bathrooms; on the second floor there is a large living room with sea views, a kitchen and an entrance hall; the third floor is an open parking area with a pergola. Also on the third floor there is a vestibule with an entrance to a staircase that leads to the first two floors. The supporting structures of the building are made of reinforced concrete, the facade is finished with stone-flagstone and plaster.
